Here is the difference between a material kit, a digital build plan, and payment.
Delivery
Material kit requests are reviewed for local delivery. Digital build plans arrive by email.
The digital build plan includes dimensions, material list, cut list, and assembly guide.
Local kits are priced and scheduled manually before any payment.

Contact and seller
Kappklar is operated by WEB JENSEN, organization number 933 068 552. Business address: Øvre Fjellvei 10, 3121 Nøtterøy, Norge. The business is not registered for VAT. Contact verksted@kappklar.no about orders, cancellations, returns or faults. Arrange returns with us before sending goods.
Price and agreement
Prices are in Norwegian kroner. You see the total before payment. A kit request carries no commitment. We confirm contents, final price, delivery cost and delivery date in a written quote. You order when you accept the quote and pay. You buy a digital build plan when you complete payment.
Delivery and use
After confirmed payment, we email the digital build plan, material list, cut list and assembly guide. You source and cut the materials yourself. We agree local kit delivery before payment. Check the dimensions and installation space before ordering. Follow the guide and use the recommended tools and protective equipment.
Withdrawal and cancellation
Email us to withdraw or cancel, including your order number and date. We offer a 14-day withdrawal period for digital build plans from purchase, including plans you have already received. For kits, we clarify returns and any custom manufacturing in writing before payment. This page does not limit your statutory rights.
Faults and complaints
Email verksted@kappklar.no about plan errors, missing parts, transport damage or incorrect dimensions. Include your order number, a description and photos where useful. We investigate and agree a correction, replacement or other remedy based on the fault and your statutory rights. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you can request mediation from the Norwegian Consumer Authority.

Contact and order details
We use your name, email, phone, address and configuration to review requests, arrange delivery and fulfil orders. We process these details to handle your enquiry and perform the agreement. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter without separate consent.
Services we use
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores requests and orders. Resend sends email and Stripe handles payments. These providers process the information needed for their service. Stripe handles card details; we do not store your card number.
Cookies and session recordings
If you accept analytics cookies, Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and session recordings to show how visitors use public pages. We use this to find website problems. We exclude private order and request pages and mask the contact form. The Meta pixel uses the same consent for advertising measurement on public pages. Reject or withdraw consent through Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate visitor statistics.
Retention and your choices
We keep details while processing your request or order and while needed for follow-up or required records. Email verksted@kappklar.no to request access, correction or deletion, or details about retention and providers. We explain any records we must retain. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
